Senior Salesforce.com Consultant

After graduating with an honors degree in economics and finance from McGill University in Montreal, Ed worked for AIM Mutual Funds as a fund analyst with a focus on the technology sector. Ed then left the world of finance and joined a small Silicon Valley startup, Epiphany Software as a professional services consultant. Some of the clients Ed worked with while at Epiphany included Sears, American Express, National Basketball Association and Compaq. After leaving Epiphany, Ed moved to Las Vegas and joined MGM Mirage, the world’s largest operator of hotel/casino properties as the lead Client Relationship Management (CRM) developer.

For the past several years, Ed has been an independent consultant with a focus on CRM and specifically salesforce.com implementations. Ed has been salesforce.com certified since 2005 and is a salesforce.com consulting partner.

 Ed has a passion for travel. He has visited every US state except Alaska (which is on the to-do list) and he has visited close to 50 countries. Ed lives in the Atlanta area with his wife, infant daughter, 2 dogs and cat.
