This session, proposed by ifPeople's Chris Johnson, will explore Internet tools and how they can and have been used in collaboration, project management, and building virtual communities. A powerful array of tools appropriate for and accessible to values-driven organizations has emerged from the Free Software movement for use by teams organizations networks and campaigns. In this session we will review some of the available tools, then discuss best practices for successfully using technology, and also address the particular concerns of the audience through a participative discussion.
