Tirza Hollenhorst presents at "Natural Leaders: Achieving Sustainability in the 21st Century"
ifPeople President, Tirza Hollenhorst, will be speaking at the conference "Natural Leaders: Achieving Sustainability in the 21st Century" in Atlanta, organized by the Pollution Prevention Assistance Division of the GA Department of Natural Resources.
This
1½-day conference is co-sponsored by the Georgia Department of Natural
Resources Pollution Prevention Program and the designed to address the
opportunities and barriers to achieving sustainability and steps for
improving our performance-based programs. The conference will be held September 19th and 20th.
Tirza will be presenting on
Evolutionary Leadership for Building Sustainable Organizations.
She will cover five core competencies basics for leading an
organization toward a sustainable future. Tirza will be joined by
Brent Darnell of Brent Darnell and Associates who will be presenting on
Emotional Intelligence. Tirza and Brent's workshop entitled,
Leading by Example: Overcoming barriers to sustainability will be
moderated by Shannon Tocchini.
