Cooperative Coffees (CC) is a green bean buying collective comprised of fair trade roaster/members. CC buys beans directly from cooperatives around the world. They build lasting relationships with the grower cooperatives in order to create more equitable trade mechanisms and contribute to sustainability. As part of its growth process, CC has undertaken strategic planning with its leadership and members. ifPeople has been engaged to facilitate the process of articulating and designing the strategic plan.
ifPeople is working with Cooperative Coffees to develop a strategic
plan. CC is a robust organization, with a lot of promise and an
over-abundance of opportunities. ifPeople is helping CC to
clarify its mission and vision and develop specific goals that will
develop the organizations strength and vitality into the future.
