ifPeople Launches "Go the Whole 9" Site in 10 Days

Document Actions

This September, St. Louis Arc partnered with ifPeople to develop a website for one of its programs, Go the Whole Nine. Designed to raise awareness of and prevent cases of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, this program convinces young people of the harmful effects of drinking during pregnancy. Most importantly, it asks them to pledge to have an alcohol-free pregnancy, or "go the whole nine" without drinking.

The principle challenge with this project was that the site had to be launched in conjunction with an integrated ad campaign for the program St. Louis Arc planned to launch in early September. From development to launch, this gave us 10 days to complete a fully integrated site featuring registration forms and donation processing.

Working hard with St. Louis Arc's staff and designer, we were able to complete the strategic development, information architecture, content review, and design phases to meet the time requirements of the project.

The result? The Go the Whole 9 site was launched in time to coincide with the ad campaign, and communities around St. Louis have begun to receive enlightening information about the need to abstain from alcohol during pregnancy.

This project underlined the importance of collaboration between us and our clients. By forming an open, honest partnership with St. Louis Arc, we were able to quickly transform raw concepts and ideas into a practical website that promotes a worthwhile cause. We look forward to working with St. Louis Arc on more projects in the future.
