Welcome to ifPeople's Support Center. Here you will find information on signing up for support (or receiving support if you already have it) as well as how to access our self-service support and knowledge base.
Support Options
We have three types of support which you can purchase on our site. With any of these plans, we can provide any of the services and skills we offer (consulting, development, training, project management etc) on any of the technologies we support (Plone, salesforce.com, Salsa, Google Apps, Email marketing, SEO, Social Media). To find the right plan, please select the situation that best describes your support need:
- I can't get it all done and need extra help on a regular basis (Plan: Support Retainer)
- I have an urgent issue I need solved NOW (Plan: On Demand Support)
- I have occassional need for help (Plan: Support Hours)
Additionally, clients with a Plone website can purchase a Website Care Package Support Plan (maintenance and support for use of your site), though is also available as part of a Support Retainer.

Support Customers
If you have already purchased a Support Plan, you can email us at support@ifpeople.net. In your email, please be as detailed as possible in your description of the problem and include steps to reproduce. For an detailed overview of the support process please click here.
