Edit approve/reject email text

When people finish they request listing they have to wait until some directory administrator revise the request and decides to approve or reject the listing.

In the approve/reject process and email is automatically sent to requester informing him about the taken decision.

For modifying the content and format of such emails, administrators should, from directory setup click Edit approve/reject email text link (on Directory Configuration box). There will be a form with a huge text box for formatting the email text. But, please take care because there are several special meanings for some special words.

You can write the text as usual but having in mind that the following keywords will be replaced by the correspondent value if they are enclosed by double @ like this: @@username@@

There is also the possibility of including some text that will only appear if the email is sent approving or rejecting, enclosing it like this:

• <<if_approved:some enclosed text>>: some enclosed text will only be part of the email text if the email is noticing that the application was approved.
• <<if_rejected:another enclosed text>>: another enclosed text will only be part of the email text if the email is noticing that the application was rejected.

Important Note: Although some administrator could had customized some business fields, original field names will be used for this functionality.
